基本禮儀:
1、如果你打電話給別人時,對方一接電話,你就要主動報上自己的名字。例如:
Hello,this is Mary speaking.
你好,我是瑪麗。
2、如果你接到別人打來的電話時,對方?jīng)]有報名字,這時你可以禮貌地問:
Who is calling,please?
請問您是哪位?
May I ask who is speaking?
請問是誰打的電話?
當沒聽清楚對方的名字時,就可以禮貌地要求對方再說一遍。
Could you please repeat that?
請您再說一遍好嗎?
如果你接到別人撥錯的電話時,你應(yīng)該這樣和對方說:
Sorry,I think you have got the wrong number.
很抱歉,我想你撥錯電話了。
I think you have the wrong number.
我想你撥錯了電話。
3、當講完該講的話時,也要注意一些結(jié)束語。
Goodbye.
再見。
Thank you for your calling.
謝謝你打電話來。
I'll talk to you soon.
我很快會跟你聯(lián)系的。
