職場英語口語：“坐冷板凳”，“邊緣化”，“受冷落”英語怎么說？
人在江湖（When we are in the workplace），時常身不由己（we are sometimes no longer what we are supposed to be），“坐冷板凳”，“被邊緣化”就肯定有很多人深有同感。

Well, I know when I want to say 坐冷板凳 in English, I'll say I was left on the bench, or I had to find a place on the bench,or I am sitting on the bench.
英語沒有“冷板凳”可坐，但坐on the bench也絲毫不會多熱一點(diǎn)！此處無cold勝有cold??！
這句源自足球綠茵場的be left on the bench= find a place on the bench同樣可以用到“江湖職場”（workplace）上的男女：
For example：

2) marginalize sb.邊緣化某人，to be marginalised 被邊緣化
to sit on the bench/be left on the bench和be marginalised意思差不多，用哪個都可以。
