前幾期介紹了英語語法：不可數(shù)名詞量的表示、兼用于可數(shù)和不可數(shù)名詞的物質(zhì)名詞、同一個名詞用于可數(shù)和不可數(shù)名詞時意義差別、名詞所有格的構(gòu)成、 -’s所有格的用法、of結(jié)構(gòu)表示的所有關(guān)系與雙重所有格。這一期學(xué)習(xí)英語語法：人稱代詞的用法。
1.人稱代詞主格與賓格形式

2.人稱代詞
（1）人稱代詞的主格，可以在英語句子中作主語，代替上文提到的人、物或者事情。人稱代詞賓格在句中用作動詞或者介詞的賓語。
比如：
I asked a young man the way to the bank.He was very friendly.
我向一個年青人詢問去銀行的路。他很友好。
（He指代a young man）
Next weekend will be my little sister’s birthday. I’ll buy her a gift.
下周末是我妹妹的生日。我將給她買一個禮物。
（Her指代my little sister）
在英語口語中，人稱代詞賓格經(jīng)常作為表語，或者在省略謂語的句子中作為主語。比如：
—Who’s there?那兒是誰?
—It’s me.是我。
—I‘d like to go shopping in the new supermarket.
我很想到新超市去購物。
—Me too.我也想去。
（2）當(dāng)句子里同時有幾個人稱代詞并列時，一般按you, he/she, I次序排列。比如：
He and I sang some songs at the birthday party.
他和我在生日聚會上唱了幾首歌。
They will hold a party for you and me on our birthday.
我們生日那天，他們將為我們舉辦聚會。

When BBC Radio 4 asked to feature my novel The Bastard of Istanbul in its Reading Europe season this month, I found myself reflecting on the cultural and political journey that my motherland, Turkey, has undergone in the years since the book was published. The novel came out in Turkey in 2006. It tells the story of a Turkish family and an Armenian-American family, mostly through the eyes of four generations of women.
