Elena：Is stefan here?

Damon：Yep.

Elena：Where is he?

Damon：And good morning to you,little miss，“I'm on a mission.”

Elena：How can you be so arrogant and glib after everything that you've done?

Damon：And how can you be so brave and stupid to call a vampire arrogant and glib?

Elena：If you wanted me dead, I'd be dead.

Damon：Yes,you would.

Elena：But I'm not.

Damon：Yet.

Elena：Where is stefan?

Damon：He's upstairs singing “The rain in spain.”Knock yourself out.

Elena：Stefan在嗎？

Damon：在。

Elena：他在哪？

Damon：小美女，早上好啊，我正有事要出去。

Elena：你怎么在做了那些壞事之后還能如此自高自大，油嘴滑舌。

Damon：你又怎能如此勇敢又愚蠢的去詆毀一個吸血鬼。

Elena：如果你想殺我，我早就死了。

little miss在這里的意思是小美女，除此之外還有小小姐，二小姐的意思。

Knock yourself out別客氣；隨便點，把這當自己的家。另外還有類似表達help yourself

場景四：

  Damon和Stefan開始傳授Vicki超能力，沒想到，Vicki借助超能力跑進樹林消失了。第一站選擇了自己的家，去見了她的哥哥Matt。

Matt：Are you kidding?I had a freaking search party out looking for you while you were off on your crazy drug trip and you want me to let it go?

Vicki：Matt？

Matt：Vicki?是你嗎？

Matt：快進來，我很擔心你，謝天謝地，你沒事。你去哪了，

Vicki：沒什么大不了的，我都忘了。

Matt：林子里有3個人被殺了，警察們一直在找你，他們要找你問話。

Matt：每個人都在擔心你。

get in 有很多的意思，可以表示為進來，收集，播種，參加等等

It's no big deal沒什么了不起的。在俚語中還有毫無困難，好不復雜的意思。
