2. Spill out. 本意是“溢出”，也有“傾訴”的意思。Sometimes the easiest way to get somebody to open up is to just be there for them without judgement when they're ready to spill.

11. rise from the ashes 死而復(fù)生，浴火重生。ash是“灰, 灰燼; 廢墟; 骨灰, 遺骸”人走出陰影、困境，或者說地區(qū)獲得重建，比如地震后的城市，都可以用這個。
12. ditch 本意是“壕溝，溝渠”，口語里是“擺脫”的意思，shake也有這個意思。擺脫討厭的人或者事，可以說 Ditch thatskunk. skunk本意“臭鼬”。而之前我學過的討厭的人或者事是nuisance。
13. chew on 回味，體味，深思，細想。I'll giveyou until tomorrow to chew on my offer. chew本來就是“咀嚼，嚼碎”的意思，如chewing-gum口香糖
