很多時(shí)候
我們不知道如何放下
如何才算是放下
其實(shí)等到有一天
當(dāng)你再次面對
你過往的難堪
你憎恨惱怒的人
不再起心動(dòng)念
坦然面對一笑了之
即便別人在你面前
講述著你過往種種不幸時(shí)
你仿佛是在聽別人的故事
心里一絲煩勞的漣漪
都不會(huì)再有
那時(shí)的你
便已覺悟那即是放下

Oftentimes, we don’t know how to let go, what counts as finally having let go. There will be one day when, facing your former embarrassment, hatred, or anger, you will no longer feel emotional; you will calmly face it, laughing it off. Even if someone were to stand before you and describe your previous misfortune, it would be as if you are listening to another’s story, without feeling a single ripple of worry. At that time you will be conscious of having let go.
