催稿信怎么寫(xiě)確實(shí)有很大學(xué)問(wèn)，我的導(dǎo)師曾經(jīng)就跟我講過(guò)一次他的經(jīng)歷，博士畢業(yè)前要發(fā)論文也挺急的，但是據(jù)描述論文還挺不錯(cuò)，后來(lái)發(fā)了，具體期刊名字不記得了但是影響因子是4點(diǎn)多……可想而知論文還是很不錯(cuò)的，最初第一次投了一本期刊，看狀態(tài)寫(xiě)underreview，但是等了4個(gè)星期還沒(méi)回復(fù)，就寫(xiě)了一封催稿信，當(dāng)然很委婉，然后人家回復(fù)underreview，然后又等，這一等又是一個(gè)月啦……導(dǎo)師忍不住了又來(lái)了一封催稿信，結(jié)果人家直接拒了，然后說(shuō)試試投其它的雜志……不知道是真的文章不符合要求（可能性不大），還是主編被搞的不耐煩了……
就總結(jié)一點(diǎn)寫(xiě)催稿信的經(jīng)驗(yàn)吧~~
直接問(wèn)稿件現(xiàn)在的狀態(tài)，外國(guó)人通常比較直接，想問(wèn)什么直接說(shuō)，但是語(yǔ)氣一定要委婉，如果回復(fù)你under review或者withedtor之類(lèi)的就再繼續(xù)等等耐心一點(diǎn)，還有一點(diǎn)就是看清楚審稿周期，一般期刊的網(wǎng)頁(yè)都會(huì)寫(xiě)審稿周期多久，一般都在3個(gè)月到6個(gè)月的，投稿特別是英文稿一定要有耐心，一些影響因子比較高的雜志更是，他們的編輯每天要處理的稿件都非常多，所以即使寫(xiě)催稿信一定要語(yǔ)氣委婉！

通常，負(fù)責(zé)的審稿人一般會(huì)在論文審閱期限前交付雜志社，當(dāng)然也有部分審稿人未能及時(shí)提交審稿意見(jiàn)，這樣就有了“催稿”一詞。催稿雖然表明上是審稿人未及時(shí)返回意見(jiàn)所導(dǎo)致作者進(jìn)行催促的行為，我覺(jué)得其實(shí)包括兩塊：（1）論文實(shí)際水平；（2）審稿人態(tài)度。
如果論文寫(xiě)作流暢，能夠吸引審稿人，俗稱(chēng)能“吊胃口”，那么就會(huì)大大縮小審稿時(shí)間。根據(jù)本人的審稿體會(huì)，如果一篇論文寫(xiě)得很好，就好比一篇精彩的小說(shuō)引人入勝，審稿人通常會(huì)一口氣讀完，這樣審稿意見(jiàn)返回自然也迅速。這就要求我們?cè)谔峤徽撐牡臅r(shí)候?qū)⒄撐淖鲎?，力求完美?/div> 其次，一般審稿人都是大學(xué)副高以上職稱(chēng)的老師，教學(xué)科研任務(wù)等繁重，他們通常會(huì)根據(jù)自己手頭事情的優(yōu)先等級(jí)來(lái)處理事務(wù)，而且審稿通常由于報(bào)酬低甚至義務(wù)工作等因素使得審稿只是在其空閑時(shí)間進(jìn)行。因此，通常建議大家不要催稿，理由如下：
1）編輯部采編系統(tǒng)通常有自動(dòng)催稿功能；
2）未到審稿時(shí)間催稿，一來(lái)給審稿人來(lái)帶壓力，造成審稿人草草審稿，影響審稿最后錄用；二來(lái)會(huì)對(duì)編輯產(chǎn)生不良印象，以為作者質(zhì)疑編輯的工作態(tài)度等；
3）即使最糟糕情況，系統(tǒng)催稿后還未收到審稿意見(jiàn)，編輯部通常會(huì)更換審稿人。
當(dāng)然，過(guò)了審稿時(shí)間，我們可以發(fā)一封客氣的mail給編輯，問(wèn)一下審稿狀態(tài)，而不是直白白的進(jìn)行催稿——“曲線(xiàn)救國(guó)”，以表示作者對(duì)論文的重視。
不過(guò)，據(jù)我周?chē)驼J(rèn)識(shí)朋友的反饋，通常情況下，催稿的結(jié)果一般是負(fù)面的，甚至直接將論文扼殺。我曾經(jīng)也催過(guò)稿，編輯告訴我，他們不會(huì)直接與審稿人聯(lián)系，而是系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)發(fā)催稿，或者自動(dòng)換審稿人?；蛟S這也是他們期刊的規(guī)定吧，避免審稿人與編輯的直接接觸。
